Bibendum is on a mission we want to democratise wine and make it accessible for all. We’ve enlisted the help of the world’s leading expert in taste profiling, Tim Hanni MW. He has completed over 15 years’ research on why individuals like certain wines and by using his findings, it is possible to wholly re-examine the way in which the wine industry communicates with the people that matter most: the people who buy and drink its products.
We’ve put together an online survey which will identify how sensitive your taste buds are and help you to understand what wine you like and why you like it, as well as give you suggestions of other wine styles you may like to try in the future. The survey will only take about 10 minutes or so to complete – and if you do so we will automatically enter you into a competition to win a trip to California! What are you waiting for?
