Awarding winning English winery Chapel Down, are giving you the opportunity to join their winemakers for a few days of grape picking and all round luxury vendange fun.
Between 27th September and 28th October, two day packages are available for those wishing to try their hand at an English vendange with a difference.
The weekend will begin at the fabulous Sissinghurst Castle Farmhouse, a 5-star B&B on the National Trust Estate of Sissinghurst Garden, this will ensure you’re well-rested for the task ahead.

You’ll spend the following day at Tenterden or Kits Coty amongst the vines, under the expert tutelage of Viticulturist and Vineyard Manager, Craig Daly. During the morning you will be taught everything there is to know about how to pick and sort the grapes that go into Chapel Down’s award-winning wines.
A packed lunch from Richard Phillips at Chapel Down will be provided as you picnic with your fellow harvesters, before spending the rest of the day amongst the vines. That evening you’ll enjoy a fabulous dinner from Richard Phillips at Chapel Down before heading back to Sissinghurst to enjoy a well-deserved night’s sleep!
